2020 MLK Unity 5K 

Virtual Run 

 

WHAT IS THE MLK UNITY 5K VIRTUAL RUN? The virtual run is a run that can be run (or walked)  from any location you choose.  You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym or on the track (or even at another race). You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself.  And your medal will be shipped directly to you. We have one request and that's you send us a picture so we can see every MLK Unity 5k participant. (tjacobs@yafstlouis.org)

Registered runners your race medal will be shipped on the Friday, February 28th and Monday, March 9th 2020.
